To Provide a Local Feeling to Health Care in My Community

Adrienne Piazza donates because of a personal connection to the Guest House — her mother’s cancer journey. “She wants everyone to have the same conveniences during a trying time.” Adrienne understands how difficult it can be for families traveling for care. “We were able to support her from her home. It was easy to get her to and from appointments,” she says. Adrienne knows that not all patients are as fortunate. That is why she supports the Evelyn D. Reinhart Guest House. “It’s a convenient and welcoming respite where patients and families can gather, eat and sleep during their loved ones’ hospital stay.” Since that realization, Adrienne has supported the Guest House through donations and her time. “As a volunteer for the Guest House, I saw firsthand how a small donation can make a big impact,” she says. “I really understood by seeing it in action how that money is spent and how it impacts families.”
