Out of an abundance of caution, we have decided to suspend our meal planning program and other volunteer activities until March 30. We look forward to welcoming volunteers back to the Guest House when conditions improve. We apologize for any inconvenience these changes may cause and thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you would like to consider alternative opportunities to support, please check out our wish list needs!
“What a magnificent volunteer experience I have had since the opening of the Reinhart House.” – Babs Cohen
No day is the same in how the Reinhart Guest House impacts our guests, but what we can say for certain, with the help of volunteers the Guest House ministry is delivering a consistent message of hope and faith. With only 1-4 staff members supporting our operation, we are dependent on dedicated volunteers who are sensitive to the needs of our families. Volunteers can support the Reinhart Guest House mission by helping us answer phone calls, manage our welcome desk, greet and support families daily needs, perform light housekeeping duties, write thank-you notes, prepare meals, support administrative projects, to name a few important jobs.
For more information about individual or group volunteer opportunities, please contact the Reinhart Guest House at 804-287-7300 or firstname.lastname@example.org. If you wish to pursue a more permanent volunteer position, please complete the volunteer interest form below.
Many employers will match volunteer hours. Please visit https://www.bsvaf.org/matchinggifts to see if your company participates in a philanthropy matching program. By completing a matching gifts form, you may be able to increase the impact of your contribution.
